Consistently ranked among the best-performing banks in the nation, it blends a community-banking ethos with the capabilities of a large financial institution.
The Opportunity
As part of a move into a new flagship office , they sought to modernize their physical security. They wanted a solution that matched the sleek, forward-looking design of their new building.
In addition, the traditional biometric system in their main existing corporate office needed an upgrade.
Key requirements across both locations included two-factor authentication (face + card), real-time occupancy insights, and a system that could blend security with aesthetics.
How We Helped
SAFR SCAN was installed on every floor, with inbound and outbound readers at each entry point. Inbound access uses facial recognition and card-based authentication for added security, while outbound readers were configured for seamless flow and occupancy counting. In select secure areas, readers were installed at secure rooms for one-way access.
SAFR Cameras were also deployed on the inter-floor stairs that provide easy flow between floors. These cameras were used to track how people moved between floors—helping the bank understand occupancy trends and internal foot traffic. Our team worked closely with the bank to tailor the system’s behavior for each use case.
The Impact
The bank now benefits from a secure, flexible access control system that fits the modern aesthetic of its new headquarters. With SAFR, they’ve achieved accurate, real-time counts of people by floor, improved access control with two-factor authentication, and a frictionless user experience tailored to how people actually move through the building.
