Security technology veteran joins to lead enterprise partnerships in retail loss prevention

SEATTLE, WA – December 29, 2025 – SAFR announced today that Cory Wilson has joined the company as Head of Sales for SAFR Guard. Wilson brings more than six years of experience in face matching and security technology, with a focus on helping large retail organizations responsibly deploy and scale these systems.
Wilson will oversee SAFR Guard’s enterprise sales strategy and build partnerships with retailers looking to strengthen their loss prevention and safety programs. His background includes expert knowledge of face matching technology and loss prevention retail industry.
“We needed someone who understands both the technology and the operational realities retailers face,” said Charisse Jacques, President of SAFR. “Cory gets how retail deployments actually work on the ground, and he shares our belief that this technology should be used to prevent problems, not just investigate them after the fact.”
Before joining SAFR, Wilson worked with major retailers on face matching implementations, focusing on responsible deployment and measurable outcomes. He’s known in the industry for his ability to navigate the complexity of large-scale technology rollouts while maintaining strong customer relationships.
“SAFR Guard works,” said Wilson. “Retailers don’t adopt this technology because of a spec sheet – they adopt it because it’s proven in real-world deployments, delivers reliable results, and is governed responsibly. SAFR Guard combines world-class accuracy with the operational discipline and privacy framework retailers need to use it every day with confidence. And it shows – the results that retailers are seeing in the field today speak for themselves. That is what drew me here.”
Wilson’s hiring supports SAFR’s expansion in retail, where the company’s real-time facial recognition platform is being used for proactive loss prevention rather than reactive investigations.
